A great dip can carry a whole meal. Ours are made fresh in-house, and each one does a different job on the plate. Here’s the lineup and where each one shines.
Tzatziki
Strained yogurt, cucumber, garlic, a little dill and lemon. Cool, tangy, and the default partner for anything off the spit. If you only get one, get this.
Htipiti
Whipped feta with roasted red pepper and a kick of chili. Creamy with a slow warmth — the one to reach for when you want a little heat without losing the richness.
Roasted red pepper hummus
Classic chickpea hummus turned smoky and a touch sweet with roasted peppers. The all-rounder — great on pita, great in a bowl, great as a base layer under everything else.
How to use them
In a pita, one dip keeps things tidy. In a bowl, layer two — a cool one and a warm one — for contrast. On a catering spread, set out all three with warm pita and watch them vanish.
