These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Yeero Greek Eatery website, including any pages, features, forms, and links offered through it (collectively, the “Website”). The Website is operated by Yeero Greek Eatery LLC (“Yeero,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, submitting a form, or placing an order through a service linked from the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. Website Use

You may use the Website only for lawful, personal, and noncommercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Website in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, its systems, or related accounts;
• Interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the Website;
• Introduce malware, harmful code, or automated tools that place an unreasonable burden on the Website;
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit Website content without our written permission; or
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, or unlawful information.

We may restrict or terminate access to the Website if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

2. Online Ordering and Third-Party Services

Online ordering may be provided through Toast or another third-party platform. When you select an ordering link, you may be redirected to a website or service operated by that provider. Your use of the provider’s platform may also be governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

You are responsible for reviewing your order before submitting it, including the selected restaurant location, menu items, quantities, options, pickup or delivery details, and contact information. An order is not accepted until it is confirmed through the ordering platform.

We may reject or cancel an order because of item availability, incorrect pricing or menu information, suspected fraud, technical problems, delivery limitations, or other operational reasons. If payment has already been collected for an order we cancel, the applicable amount will be refunded through the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.

3. Prices, Taxes, Fees, and Payment

Prices and menu availability may change without notice and may differ by location or ordering channel. Applicable taxes, service charges, delivery fees, tips, and other charges will be displayed before the order is submitted when required.

Payments made through Toast or another provider are processed by that provider or its payment partners. Yeero does not directly receive or store full payment-card details submitted through a third-party checkout.

4. Order Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

Because food preparation may begin shortly after an order is confirmed, changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need assistance, contact the applicable Yeero location as soon as possible.

Refunds, credits, replacements, or other adjustments are determined based on the circumstances of the order and applicable law. Delivery charges, third-party fees, and tips may be subject to the policies of the ordering or delivery provider.

5. Menu Information, Allergies, and Dietary Needs

We make reasonable efforts to describe menu items accurately. However, ingredients, preparation methods, portion sizes, recipes, and availability may change. Photographs are illustrative and the item you receive may differ in appearance.

Our kitchens handle common allergens, including dairy, wheat, sesame, tree nuts, eggs, soy, fish, and other ingredients. Cross-contact may occur, and we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of allergens. If you have a food allergy or a serious dietary restriction, please contact the restaurant directly before ordering and clearly communicate the allergy when placing your order. Do not rely solely on Website descriptions or third-party ordering filters.

6. Catering Inquiries

Submitting a catering or contact form is an inquiry only and does not create a confirmed order, reservation, or contract. A catering order is confirmed only after Yeero provides express confirmation and any required deposit or payment has been received. Catering pricing, availability, minimums, cancellation terms, delivery terms, and other requirements may be provided separately for each order.

7. Promotions, Discounts, Gift Cards, and Loyalty Offers

Promotions, discount codes, gift cards, and loyalty offers may be subject to separate rules, expiration dates, location restrictions, exclusions, minimum purchases, and availability. Unless expressly stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined, exchanged for cash, or applied to previous purchases. We may modify or end a promotion as permitted by law.

8. Email and Text Messages

If you choose to subscribe to promotional emails or text messages, you agree to receive marketing communications from Yeero using the contact information you provide. Consent to marketing is not required to make a purchase.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by using the unsubscribe link in an email. You may opt out of promotional text messages by replying STOP. For help with text messages, reply HELP or contact us at hello@yeero.com. Message frequency may vary, and message and data rates may apply. Transactional messages related to an order may still be sent where permitted by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Website and its content—including Yeero’s name, logos, designs, photographs, menu descriptions, graphics, text, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Yeero and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited right to use the Website in accordance with these Terms.

10. Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, terms, or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement.

11. Website Availability and Disclaimer

We try to keep the Website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yeero Greek Eatery LLC and its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Website or third-party services linked from it.

This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yeero Greek Eatery LLC and its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website or your material violation of these Terms.

Yeero Greek Eatery LLC (“Yeero,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. Payment-card information entered through Toast or another third-party checkout is processed by that provider and its payment partners. Yeero generally does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
